Jayde is a 2003 Duncan Brothers School of Hair Design graduate, a cut and color specialist, and in 2013 she became the first certified organic hair stylist in Oklahoma. Education is extremely important to Jayde, she attends a lot of classes and continues to grow her knowledge in the salon industry.
Jayde has had a passion for animals and a love for the earth since she was very young. Her family even called her a little hippie. Finding an eco-friendly, vegan and cruelty free professional hair line fit perfectly in line with her lifestyle.
Jayde single handedly grew her business from the ground up, she is no stranger to failure or perseverance. Opening a salon was a dream for Jayde for a very long time. Her vision has always been to pass her knowledge on to young stylists and grow them to be better than her.
Giving back to the community is important to Jayde, every year The Willow hosts a hair donation drive benefiting wigs for kids. Jayde is also looking forward to teaming up with the Oklahoma Homeless Alliance as well as The Oklahoma Blood Institute in the future.
